Items that are used, damaged by the customer, missing packaging, or returned without proof of purchase may not be accepted.

Important: Please do not send products back without approval. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order details. Our team will review the issue and help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund when applicable.

For orders shipped to customers in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

This EU return right applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.
